Micro Movies, BIG Stories

Micro movies and short-form dramas are emerging as a powerful new format for social media, creating stories designed to hold attention from the first frame through to the final moment. As audiences increasingly engage with narrative-led content, these formats create new opportunities for brands to become part of the story through considered product placement, partnerships and integrated advertising.

My approach is creative first. Rather than creating content simply because AI makes it possible, I use AI as part of a considered filmmaking process, combining storytelling, visual direction, character development, cinematography, performance, sound and editing to create films that feel genuinely crafted.

The Stag King was created as a test piece from a provided script, designed to demonstrate the capabilities of this workflow and what can be achieved with AI filmmaking. From a single script, I developed the characters, visual world, environments, cinematography, performances, sound design and edit to create a complete cinematic experience.

The objective was not simply to generate impressive AI visuals, but to demonstrate how AI can be creatively directed and art directed with intention, turning a script into something cohesive, emotionally engaging and made for an audience.

The goal is simple: make something people actually want to watch.

When the story comes first, brand integration can become part of the world rather than an interruption, creating opportunities for advertising that feel natural, memorable and culturally relevant.
