Trt northern ireland

Do you feel comfortable discussing your TRT journey with friends or family in your local community, or do you keep it strictly between you and your doctor? Would a dedicated Northern Ireland-based support group—either online or in-person—help normalize the conversation around male hormone health, or do you prefer the anonymity of larger, international online forums?

I’m fairly open about my TRT journey with close friends, but I still keep most details between me and my doctor. There’s still a bit of stigma around male hormone health, so context matters. I think a Northern Ireland–based support group could really help normalize the conversation and make it feel less isolating, especially for guys just starting out. That said, I understand why many prefer anonymous international forums for privacy. A balance of both would be ideal.
