What we prefer to watch before sleep
I’ve been trying to figure out what actually works for winding down before bed. Lately I keep switching between short clips, music, and sometimes just random videos, but I’m not sure it helps. Do you have anything you consistently watch at night that actually makes you feel more relaxed instead of more distracted?

Yeah, I’ve been pretty intentional about that recently. I realized that anything too fast or funny actually keeps my mind active, so I started leaning toward very calm content. Mostly
videos with simple visuals. It doesn’t grab my attention too hard, which is the point. What surprised me is how quickly it became a habit. Now, when I put something like that on, my body kind of recognizes it as “wind-down time.”
