Carlo Oliveri

SEP|2025 - AI-Powered Hair Colour Campaign

Created for professional haircare brand Carlo Oliveri, this editorial and social media campaign explored how generative AI could transform traditional beauty production while remaining true to an established brand identity.

Rather than relying on a conventional photoshoot that would require repeated colouring and styling of a model's hair, The Diigitals developed a bespoke AI workflow capable of visualising the new hair colour collection digitally. The approach allowed the creative team to explore multiple looks without exposing models to the repeated bleaching, dyeing, and chemical treatments often associated with hair colour campaigns.

To ensure every image felt authentic to the Carlo Oliveri brand, The Diigitals carefully analysed the company's existing visual language, from lighting and colour palettes to composition and styling. A custom AI model was developed using detailed product references and brand imagery, allowing the generated portraits to reflect the premium aesthetic and creative direction already associated with the brand.

Alongside the editorial imagery, The Diigitals also created a series of AI-enhanced product visuals that complemented the portrait campaign across social media and digital marketing. Together, the assets formed a cohesive visual identity that blended beauty photography with emerging AI production techniques.

As AI continues to reshape the beauty industry, projects like Carlo Oliveri highlight how generative technologies can support more flexible, sustainable, and innovative forms of content creation, opening new possibilities for brands looking to produce premium visual campaigns without compromising creative quality.

The project demonstrates how artificial intelligence can become a practical creative tool rather than simply a visual effect. By combining careful art direction with custom AI workflows, The Diigitals delivered a campaign that reduced production limitations while maintaining a high level of creative control, consistency, and brand authenticity.
