Looking for a reliable collision repair shop, how do you choose?
I got into a minor accident recently and now I need bodywork done. I have never used a collision shop before and I am not sure what to check first. Does anyone have real experience with this kind of repair and what should I pay attention to?

I went through something similar last year and the main thing I learned was to check how clearly a shop describes the actual work. Some places just say they do bodywork and leave it at that, while others list specific services like bumper repair, paint scratch removal and paintless dent repair with an explanation of what each one involves. That difference told me a lot. Pro Collision Center was one of the options I looked at and I would say it was easier to understand than most, at least in terms of what is included. I would still compare two or three shops before deciding, ask whether the paint is matched to the factory finish and get the timeline in writing. If something is described vaguely, that is usually a reason to keep looking rather than to rush the decision.
